1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gz99 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT and credited to your gz99 wallet in BDT at no currency conversion fee where the source account is a Bangladeshi Taka account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gz99 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions.
• gz99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds established by our internal compliance procedures.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 2–4 hours of approval under normal operating conditions.
• gz99 may apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirement before processing any withdrawal. You must submit a valid NID or passport along with proof of payment method ownership.
